Diagnosis

A regular dental check-up is critical for early diagnosis of periodontal disease. At East End Dental, it is routine for us to test for periodontal disease. Using a small dental instrument, we gently measure the space between the tooth and gums. A certain size of space can indicate periodontal disease. These can fall into three categories - gingivitis, periodontitis and advanced periodontists. Dr. Beug, will diagnosis your situation and provide the options available to you.
